This is a stressful and worrying time for all of us and possibly even more so for you. Remember to look after your physical and mental health. Make sure you eat food! Prioritise sleep and exercise. Stay in virtual contact with your family and friends – always know there is someone you can talk to. Lastly, don’t use smoking, alcohol or other drugs to deal with your emotions. If you feel overwhelmed talk to the intern co-ordinators or ring one of the confidential staff support helplines. All the very best, Laura Tobin. Health & Wellbeing Project Manager.
