Our Learning and Development Unit have devised a Prospectus (see attached) which sets out, promotes and provides a full suite of learning interventions that underpin strategic objectives, expected behaviours, continuous improvement and consistent collaboration. It sets out a roadmap for both self-development and statutory training required by law.
