Essential Building works on the CCB Lifts

Essential works on CCB lifts 9 and 10 will be carried out over two days starting today, Tuesday 20 and  Wednesday 21 August.

This work is part of the ongoing building works on the University Hospital Limerick campus, to progress with the enabling works for the 96 Bed block.

Signage is in place to guide staff and visitors to alternative lifts and stairs access.

CCB lifts 11,13 and 14  are available throughout this period with lift 11 servicing the -1 and -2 Car Parks.


 


iPM Downtime

To facilitate essential maintenance, the iPatient Manager System (iPMS) will be unavailable from approximately 4.50pm today Tuesday 20 August 2024 for all hospital sites across the group. It is expected normal service to be restored by 6pm.

All users will be automatically logged out of their system by 4.45pm. To avoid any interruption to or loss of work please log out of the iPMS system before then.

Limerick Show free Tickets for staff

ULHG Recruitment department have a number of free passes for the Limerick Show this Sunday 25th August.

We would like to raffle the tickets for staff members. To get your name in the raffle contact UHLRecruitment@hse.ie  before 2pm tomorrow Wednesday 21 August .

Draw will take place at 3pm tomorrow. The passes are physical passes so need to be collected at Houston Hall Raheen Industrial Estate before 4pm Friday 23 August.


 


Reminder Open Disclosure Workshop

Date: Wednesday 21 August 2024

Time: 10am- 1pm

Venue: CERC Tutorial Room 3 UHL

This workshop is suitable for all staff involved in formal Open Disclosure Meetings including Consultants, Registrars, Senior Management and Nurse Management.
