Our quarterly UL Hospitals Group Staff Webinar took place in April 2023. The virtual session was open to all staff to attend online. It was introduced by Elaine Connolly, Director of Communications. The format included presentations from Prof. Colette Cowan, CEO, UL Hospitals Group, Mike Conlon, Head of Unscheduled Care and Lorraine Rafter, Director of Human Resources. Topics included capital development plans and the national service plan, employee engagement and operational changes. The presentations were then followed by an open Q&A session.
