I presented at the emergency department due to a suspected misarrange. I was in Limerick for the weekend and was very unsure what to do when I was experiencing concerning symptoms in my pregnancy. From the receptionist to the nursing/medical staff I was dealt with in a very caring and understanding manor and so efficiently. I cant compliment this service enough for how they treated me in a very distressing time. They put me at ease and explained every step of the process to me in advance. I just wanted to thank this service for all that they do and for them to know that their empathy towards women in my position does not go unnoticed.
