Trendcare online training

Trendcare training for all general medical, surgical wards and the AMAU where the National Safer Staffing framework has been implemented is now up on HSEland. The session is approx. 20 minutes long and will enable staff to log in, complete a quick video and answer 4 short questions. 100% pass rate is required in order to gain a cert. The benefit of this training is both to assist and guide staff in inputting their patient acuity data and demonstrate how they can change the acuity level of the patient as the patients need change, enabling management to see the full acuity levels on all wards throughout each shift.

The programme can be found by logging into www.hseland and typing ULHG Achieve following by the course title “ULHG –Trendcare Video” into the search bar.
