UHL and CF Ward

I was admitted on night of 20th May 2024 and was discharged on afternoon/evening of 21st May to Limerick University Hospital.

Just want to say the experience was very positive with kind and professional care from the staff in all dealings, including the admin staff in acute care. I was delighted with the care and attention I received in acute care and later in the CF ward of Limerick University Hospital.

Nenagh Hospital MAU

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exemplary care I received at Nenagh Hospital’s Medical Assessment Unit (MAU) on my recent visit.

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the attention to detail and dedication of the cleaning staff. Their commitment to maintaining a spotless environment was truly commendable. The nursing staff were incredibly pleasant and kind, making me feel like a valued individual rather than just a number. Their professionalism and compassion were evident in every interaction.

The organization and efficiency of the unit were also impressive. All necessary tests were conducted in a timely manner, and the doctors were not only pleasant but also genuinely attentive. I felt heard and understood, which significantly alleviated my concerns about my health issues. The arrangements made for my ongoing care have left me confident that I am in good hands.

Having had experiences in other HSE hospitals, I can confidently say that the care I received at Nenagh Hospital sets a high standard for what healthcare should be. It was an exemplary experience, and I left the hospital feeling reassured and well-cared for.

Thank you once again for the outstanding service provided by your team.
