I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Nurse Tara of the Day Ward in Croom Orthopaedic hospital, Limerick. I’ve had been an inpatient for 2 weeks and then an outpatient for 2 weeks at the day ward for IVs. This nurse showed exceptional qualities and went above and beyond her duties with each patient. Her attention to detail and follow up with microbiology/ Doctors/Consultants was top class. She went above and beyond for me and every patient under her care. She was so kind and patient, used her initiative and was exceptional, professional and competent at all times. I am so thankful to have met Tara and to have been under her care. Croom orthopaedic hospital are very lucky to have such a lovely enthusiastic and competent nurse on their team. Patient centred care was demonstrated each day I attended the day ward.
