National HR, Workplace Health & Wellbeing Unit have launched a dedicated Healthcare worker COVID-19 helpline (Callsave 1850 420 420).
The helpline will assist staff and managers with information and advice during this Covid-19 period. It important to stress that this number is for health care workers only.
Opening hours:
Monday to Friday: 8am - 8pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9am - 5pm
National HR, Workplace Health & Wellbeing Unit supports include:
- Occupational Health –specialised medical advice and guidance and management of healthcare workers.
- Health & Safety – Policy, Training, Audit & Advice/Information
- Employee Assistant Programmes Counselling and Psychosocial Support
- Organisational Health – manager referral on specific work and organisation psychology and psychosocial support in the workplace
