Final Magnet4Europe Survey

Magnet4Europe is a four-year Horizon 2020 EU-funded project that aims to improve mental health and wellbeing among health professionals in Europe. The project officially started in January 2020 and takes place in more than 60 hospitals in six European countries (Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, and United Kingdom).

As part of this project, Magnet4Europe has launched its third survey on the 26th September 2023. The survey aims to assess health professionals’ working conditions, quality of care and safety. A high response rate is crucial for the evaluation of Magnet4Europe. Therefore we invite healthcare professionals to participate in the survey if they

ASSKING Bundle

The ASSKING (Assessment, Skin inspection, Surface selection, Keep moving, Incontinence, Nutrition, Giving Information) bundle has rolled out across ULHG following intensive education for all sites. The ASSKING bundle is initiated for all patients with a Waterlow score of 10 or over on admission. It is kept at the end of bed to allow all MDT members to complete throughout a given day as they carry out any element of the bundle e.g. mobilising, feeding etc.  Audits will take place every 3 months.
