2GoCups Launch UHL

UL Hospitals Group, are dedicated to reducing our impact on the environment in line with the HSE Climate Action Strategy 2023 to 2050, released in June.

To promote sustainability, we're introducing 2GoCups at our UHL site coffee shops. These cups help eliminate the need for single-use plastics.

Here's how it works: Customers pay a €2 deposit for their coffee and return the cup for a refund or keep it for future use. The cups are dishwasher safe and have a lifespan of approximately 3 years. We've partnered with 2GoCup, an Irish company, to implement this initiative.
