Logging Maintenance Service Requests: New System

In the next month, all UL Hospital Group sites will switch from old ways of logging maintenance requests to the National Estates Information System (NEIS).

Not all staff will use NEIS, but designated staff in each Department/Ward will have access. The Maintenance Department will be in contact prior to go-live in each area.

This online service is similar to the current process of logging service requests on a PC.

As part of the gradual implementation plan, University Maternity Hospital Limerick and Croom Hospital have already moved to the new system.

Any queries regarding the rollout of NEIS can be directed to the Electrical Maintenance Managers Office Kevin Mahoney Kevin.Mahoney@hse.ie and Suraj Rajan Suraj.Rajan@hse.ie
