Men’s Health Week : Monday 10th to Sunday 16th June

The theme for this year’s Men’s Health Week 2024 is 'Know your Numbers', and the key message to everyone is Men’s Health Counts.

This year Men’s Health Week aims to, increase awareness of the key numbers that service providers, men, and important people in men’s lives need to know including;

  • Statistics on the state of men's health
  • Key numbers that men need to know, to take control over some elements of their own health. (eg blood pressure, heart rate, cholesterol level)
  • Critical contact numbers for help and support services that everyone needs to know at times of difficulty or crisis.

To increase awareness of these key numbers, Men’s Health Forum Ireland have created a new 'Men's Health in Numbers' z-card, for Men’s Health Week 2024.  This 'z-card' is available to download now - https://bit.ly/3wSHza6
